Live lobsters are shipped “deep sea cold” in our
custom Styrofoam shipping boxes with ice cold
“re-usable” gel packs.

Instructions:
BE SURE TO KEEP THEM COLD AND
NO FRESHWATER BEFORE COOKING! (Blue Crabs and Lobsters drink
freshwater which upsets their natural saline system and kills them.)
To ensure the best tasting lobster, keep in your refrigerator before cooking.
