Our Famous Blue Crab Dip

Blue Crab Restaurant's Famous Dip Makes about 4 cups 

Ingredients

1/2 pound Jumbo-lump Blue Crab meat 1 package Cream cheese, softened, 8 ounces 
1/2 cup Sour cream 
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise 
1 tbsp. Lemon juice 
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard 
1 tbsp. Milk 
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated 
Pinch Garlic salt and Paprika 

Method: 

Drain crab meat and remove shells if necessary. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic salt until smooth. Add enough milk to make the mixture creamy. Stir in 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. Fold crab meat into the cream cheese mixture. Pour mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 325°F for 20 to 30 minutes until mixture is bubbly and lightly browned on top. Serve with crackers or vegetables for dipping.
