Our Famous Blue Crab Dip

Blue Crab Restaurant's Famous Dip Makes about 4 cups 


1/2 pound Jumbo-lump Blue Crab meat 1 package Cream cheese, softened, 8 ounces 
1/2 cup Sour cream 
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise 
1 tbsp. Lemon juice 
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard 
1 tbsp. Milk 
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated 
Pinch Garlic salt and Paprika 


Drain crab meat and remove shells if necessary. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic salt until smooth. Add enough milk to make the mixture creamy. Stir in 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. Fold crab meat into the cream cheese mixture. Pour mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 325F for 20 to 30 minutes until mixture is bubbly and lightly browned on top. Serve with crackers or vegetables for dipping.
